Is it possible for you to make this one for a 9-year-old child.Her height is about 145 cm. Please let me know, what measurements you need. Is it possible that I transfer the amount via bank from overseas and you send the shipment to an address within pakistan. What will the charges be for delivery within pakistan?

no worries...:)...don't be sorry...:).....no the sleeves are not detachable....actually it has a double sleeves one coming half right from the armhole and the second one is half sleeves coming again from the armhole........but as u know what everything is just be made as custmized....will be made on order...and in bottom is the chooridaar pajama actually...but it can be converted into trouser or whatelse u will suggest....email me here........fias87@hotmail.com ....Regards

Well as i used to work only order as customized..and ofcourse this will be done on order only...and i used to do work in punjab lives near gujranwala.and ofcourse this will be done according to ur size....and altering depends....as it is won't be charges but if u just changed the style then it won't be charged more but u add some thing more or Kind of embroidery then definitly it will be charged....:)
